Development of the ADC/DAC for a low power UHF resp. 2.4GHz transceiver frontend
Required Skills:
- Expert in design of ADC / DAC
- Estimated characteristics: 8bit @ 100 Msamples/s
- Low power operation of the ADC and DAC is a primary design target
- Expert in using Cadence FWII design and verification tools for:
1. Operating Point, DC, Transient, AC analysis
2. Stability Analysis
3. Monte Carlo Analysis
4. Parasitic Analysis
5. Noise Analysis
6. LVS, DRC, ERC with ASSURA
- Experience with physical layout and layout verification
- Engineering degree in Microelectronics, Physics or equivalent discipline
- 7+ years of professional analog IC design experience
- Excellent knowledge of signal, noise and control theory
- Excellent knowledge of submicron CMOS semiconductor technology
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work in a global development environment
