- Definition of test cases (together with the circuit designer) and development of test programs for complex analog macros embedded in a 32bit automotive microcontroller in a 65nm CMOS+flash technology, on Teradyne J750 tester
- statistical characterization on early samples during qualification
- porting to Teradyne J750 for production test
- Macros include fast SAR ADCs, SD-ADCs, PLLs, PHYs
- BSEE, MSEE or PhD
- 5 or more years of experience in analog testing and/or characterizat
- Extensive knowledge of J750 platform for Analog test development
- Experience of Test Program Development for Analog / Mixed signal devices
- Experience with analog devices characterization test campaigns to validate silicon using an ATE
