Job Description:
Specific responsibilities will be for design and development of new
RF UHF transceiver functionality including mixers, Low Noise Amplifiers,
IF filters, Frac’N PLL’s, power amplifiers, and modulators/demodulators
for ISM band applications. Direct experience with previous RF design
using CMOS technology is critical. Emphasis is on low power consumption
and meeting design specifications using the minimal silicon area.
Qualification Requirements:
Must have minimum of 6 years industry experience doing RF IC designs
using CMOS circuits (not board level)
Experience with receiver chain RF experience (LNA, Mixer, IF filter,
IF AMP, demodulation, etc) is preferred
