Hung Le is Vice President of Engineering and
Product Development since July 2007. Prior to his current position,
Mr. Le was Division Vice President of Technology since 2004. Mr.
Le joined the Company in March 1995 when the Company acquired Startech
Semiconductor, Inc., where he served as Director of Technology. Prior
to joining Startech in 1994, he was Manager of Technology at Sierra
Semiconductor, Inc. Hung Le has 26 years of experience in semiconductor
physics and circuit design and has been issued 8 patents with others
pending. He received his M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering
and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Malachy Moynihan is currently the Vice President for Video Product
Strategy in the Service Provider
Video Technology Group at Cisco, primarily focusing on next generation
technology for IP-enabled
consumer video solutions.
Until late 2007, he was the Vice President and General Manager for
the Home Networking Business
Unit at Cisco-Linksys, LLC. He was responsible for product development,
product management,
business development and training for Home Networking, Cable, DSL and
Voice over IP products for
Linksys. He acquired several companies for Linksys and introduced VoIP
and media products to the
company – growing them to be significant businesses.
He has been a significant contributor to the popularization of home
networking technologies through
his frequent interviews, presentations and tradeshows in which he represents
Linksys.
Moynihan joined Cisco in June 2000 through the acquisition of InfoGear
Technology Corp., an early
technology provider in consumer and service provider internet appliance
products, where he was Vice
President of Operations – responsible for operations, ODM management,
hardware product
development, network infrastructure and technical support.
Moynihan holds a degree in electrical engineering
from the National University of Ireland and has
completed post-graduate studies in technology, business and finance
at INSEAD, France and Ohio State
University, OH, USA.
Anant Agrawal brings over 25 years of semiconductor and system industry
experience to his CEO role at Verayo. Prior to Verayo, Anant was the
founding CEO of Insilica, a fabless semiconductor company with operations
in India, Slovenia and United States.
Anant spent a significant part of his career at Sun Microsystems from
1984 to 2002. Anant was one of the founding members of the team that
started SPARC processor program at Sun. Over the years his teams designed
a number of microprocessors and released them to production. For 7
years he was the Vice President and General Manager of the processor
business unit. Anant began his career as a design engineer for Memorex
Corporation and then joined STC Computer Research Corporation, where
he was the lead technical designer of the floating point unit for an
IBM compatible mainframe. Anant has also consulted for a number of
Public companies and startups on strategies and product development.
He is currently also an advisor to Khosla Ventures.
Anant holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the
MS University of Baroda, India and a Master's degree in Electrical
Engineering from Cornell University.
